Privacy and Security Policy:
Security and privacy of our customers details and information is extremely important to us.
Any customer details received, either through this web site or in any correspondence, will not be passed to any third party except for the express purpose of fulfulling your orders or requirements.
No credit card information is received by Avrio or our web site. All credit card information is entered directly into the National Banks Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS).
All credit card transactions with the National Bank are securred using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Customers credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.

Note: To pay by credit card using the National Banks Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS) your browser must support SSL-3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) or above encryption technology. Internet Explorer 4.0 and higher and Netscape 4.01 and higher support SSL-3.0. Browsers with versions lower than these are not allowed to access N-SIPS as transaction details cannot be securely transmitted.
Your web browser must also have cookies enabled.

Pricing Policy:
All prices shown on this web site are current at the time of viewing.
We endeavour to keep price fluctuations to a minimum however, due to movements in freight and foreign exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
All prices shown include GST at the rate of 10 percent.

Ordering Methods:
Orders can be placed via this web site, email, fax or phone.
Orders placed via this web site will receive a confirmation email confirming all details of the order.
Payments by credit card are processed through the National Banks National Secure Intenet Payment Service (N-SIPS). No card holder credit card details (card number and expiry date) are seen by or are available to Avrio.
Orders will be accepted form any where in the world however payment must be in Australian dollars.

Delivery Times:
The availability of any product may change from time to time.
Products listed on this web site are generally held in stock.
Unless advised otherwise at the time of order placement, delivery times are:
Sydney Metropolitan Area - Within 48 working hours of order placement.
Outside Sydney Metropolitan Area and interstate - 3 to 6 working days from order placement.
Overseas orders - delivery times will be advised at time of order placement.

Orders are delivered either by Avrio, by courier or by post between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm on business days.
The delivery address needs to be attended during these hours as exact delivery times of orders are not known.
Special delivery times or delivery outside of normal delivery hours can be arranged but may incur an additional cost. Please ask for these requirements.

Delivery Charges:
Sydney Metropolitan Area -
Orders over $50.00 (including GST), and weighing less than 25kgs, are free of charge. Orders under $50.00 (including GST) will incur a delivery charge of $8.00 (including GST).
Outside Sydney Metropolitan Area, Interstate and Overseas- Delivery charges will be at cost.

Payment Methods and Terms:
Approved Account Customers -
Payment terms are 30 days from order placement date. Payment can be made by cheque, direct bank credit (please contact us for banking details) or by credit card. Accepted cards are Visa Card, MasterCard and Bankcard.
Non Account Customers - Payment must be made prior to delivery and can be made by cheque, direct bank credit or credit card. Accepted credit cards are Visa Card, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Credit Card Payments -
All credit card transactions are processed through the National Banks National Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS). No card holder credit card details (credit card number and expiry date) are seen by or are available to Avrio.

Card holders statements will show AVRIO in each transaction description.
All transactons are in Australian dollars.

Returns Policy:
Goods can be returned for credit within 10 working days from receipt of delivery. Customers wishing to return goods must first contact us to obtain a Goods Return Authorisation Number. Goods must be returned in the original, unopened, product packaging and must include a copy of the original delivery docket. Method of returning the goods will be advised at the time of issuing of the Goods Return Authorisation Number
Goods should be returned to the address above.
For goods ordered incorrectly, any delivery costs and any costs involved in returning the goods must be born by the customer. For faulty or damaged goods, any delivery costs as well as any costs involved in the return of the goods, will be born by Avrio once the goods have been indentified as faulty or damaged, by Avrio or the manufacturer.
A confirmation credit note will be faxed, mailed or emailed once the credit has been processed.

Warranty:
The manufacturers warranty will apply to all products supplied. There are specific conditions which manufacturers apply before any purportedly faulty product is accepted for a credit or replacement. Credit or replacement for faulty products will be issued after we have received credit or replacement from the manufacturer.
